INDIVIDUAL SIGN-UPS

Sign-ups will be consolidated every Wednesday, and confirmation for participation for the next schedule’s Original Doughnut Tour will be sent through email.
In the instance that the weekly tour will not push through, a Krispy Kreme representative will reach out to inform you.
Aprons are only lent to the guests during the session and shall be returned to the store team after. It is not for sale, and store teams shall only provide a quantity of uniforms available.
Guests are required to purchase the Original Doughnut Factory Tour bundle of P349 including a Certificate, Create Your Own kit and a 12oz. Iced Lemonade (with flavor choices of: Original Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade and Lemonade Iced Tea. This also includes children and adults who will be participating in the tour.
Tables will be reserved according to the number of pax given and agreed upon with the store manager. Reserved tables in the dining area are allowed to be used per tour session for a maximum of 2 hours only, including ingress and egress.This allows us to continue operations and make room for other customers.
Egress activities such as clean and pack up of client’s provided materials (if any) will be c/o the client and his/her team.
Krispy Kreme is not liable for the safety of the children and there must be at least one (1) adult/guardian companion with them during the session.
All materials produced by the client with the inclusion of any Krispy Kreme materials (including but not limited to logo, icons, elements and product images) shall be reviewed and approved by the Krispy Kreme team prior to any posting on social media, production, publishing and/or distribution of said materials. Kindly email them to the store manager, so they may coordinate it with the relevant teams.

GROUP SIGN-UPS

Slot is confirmed once conforme is signed with the confirmed date and time agreed upon with the store manager or Community Relations representative. Scheduled reservation must be done 1 week (or as agreed with the store manager prior to the tour, with final headcount provided by the client 3 days before).
